We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations from project start through closeout. This role is responsible for driving production, managing crews and subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Work Includes:
· Leading all field operations from mobilization through project closeout
· Planning work activities based on schedule, drawings, and specifications
· Developing and maintaining two-week look-ahead schedules
· Managing Foremen, crews, and subcontractors to meet production goals
· Coordinating labor, equipment, and materials to keep work progressing
· Monitoring jobsite productivity, quality, and cost performance
· Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements and leading daily safety meetings
· Inspecting work progress and adjusting plans to meet schedule demands
· Coordinating subcontractor activities and enforcing project requirements
· Managing daily documentation including reports, time sheets, and cost tracking
· Communicating with Project Management on schedule, budget, and field conditions
· Promoting a strong, accountable, and team-driven jobsite culture
Job requirements
· 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction
· Strong background in earthwork, utilities, concrete, piling, and grading
· Proven ability to lead crews and deliver projects on schedule and within budget
· Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and cost control
· Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
· Experience coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously
· OSHA 30 certification (required)
· CQM-C certification (preferred; required for government projects)
· Proficiency with field technology (iPad, reporting software, Microsoft Office)
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Valid driver’s license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain)
· Ability to work outdoors full-time in active construction environments
